- Planning an upgrade to the exterior of your home, landscaping, or fencing (Enclave or Estate) - Please submit an ARC modification request. ARC MODIFICATION REQUEST
- HOA Dues - Dues are paid annually by the Estate homes and monthly by the Coventry and Enclave homes. For your reference, coupon books are mailed out annually on the first of the year. If you have not received your copy, Please call Brandy at our management company, Shaben and Associates at 770-271- 2252 Ext 1213.
- Parking and traffic safety guidelines - We have designated cutouts for on street/overnight parking. There is no other on street parking allowed, besides the cutouts, from 7PM - 7AM. Since our streets are smaller, this insures the safety of school bus traffic and emergency vehicles. A fine of $150 will be issued for each offense if these guidelines are not followed. - Events and Community Activities - We usually plan for four to five community events per year (holiday/seasonal oriented). EVENTS AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITY
- Trash Pick Up - Our community's waste disposal is provided by Red Oak Sanitation. Trash pick up is on Wednesday and recycling pick up is EVERY OTHER Wednesday. RED OAK SANITATION
