Tennis at Village Grove

Village Grove has a very active tennis community. You can find residents playing for fun, playing league matches, and even taking tennis lessons. We recently added a beautiful Gazebo for our community which is perfect for taking a rest or hosting a league event.

Village Grove's Director of Tennis, Kip Cobb, offers private, semi-private, and group lessons in the community. However, if you already have a coach they are also welcome to teach in our neighborhood.

We use Reserve My Court for tennis court reservations. If you are a resident of Village Grove, visit login.reservemycourt.com, sign up for an account, and make Village Grove your home courts. You will then get an email with a code for verification. Reservations can me made from 7:00am to 10:00pm.

Court Rules

General Use

Tennis Pro Rules and Regulations

Use Tennis Court at your own risk.
All players must sign up for a court through RESERVE MY COURT online.
Tennis Courts Hours are 8:00am-10:00pm unless playing a league match.
No food or glass on the tennis courts.
NON residents are not allowed to use the courts unless they are accompanied by a Village Grove resident.
Proper footwear required.
Do not abuse net or other equipment.
No tennis lessons next to a league match

Tennis Pro Rules and Regulations

Private, Semi-Private, Group and Team Lessons are allowed during the day between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday on all courts. *No lessons next to ALTA, USTA or FLEX league matches. (All Tennis Lessons must be approved by Village Grove Tennis Director)
Private, Semi-Private, Group and Team Lessons from 4:00pm-7:00pm on courts 3&4 only. Lessons from 7:00pm-10:00pm MON-FRI must be adult or team lessons on courts 3&4 (All Tennis Lessons must be approved by Village Grove Tennis Director)
Courts 1&2 will not be allowed for lessons from 4:00pm-10:00pm MON-FRI.
No lessons allowed on Saturday’s or Sunday’s during ALTA or USTA matches. *Lessons are allowed if a team is only using 2 courts.
Village Grove Tennis Director will offer lessons, programs and events for Village Grove residents.
Coaches who do NOT live in Village Grove cannot teach NON-Village Grove residents unless there are Village Grove residents in the lesson.
All coaches must be verified through Village Grove Tennis Director.
